Rose was purchased in August of 2009 for us to show at
the North American Gaited Pleasure Horse Championships- we knew we would
show there in 2010 with Kowboy (the plan to attempt “Horse of the Year” with
Kowboy was in place) and we wanted experience at the facility.
Rose had a great show winning the Foxtrot Championship class
fantastic results for our first show together.
Rose was worked very hard for years before we purchased
her--- after the show in Sedalia we tried to show her the following August
but the years of hard training had caught up with her and we decided to
bring her home and give her a couple of years off to be a horse and let her
body rest and mind heal.
She is doing great, her mind recovered and her body
settled. She has gotten use to our easy ways and gentle hands. She is a big
beautiful mare full of heart ready to get off the trail and back in the
arena. Don’t be surprised to see some of her get in the coming years as our
studs mature.
